While we can’t change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life today. By applying evidence based best practice therapy approaches and techniques (such as CBT and DBT), we will unearth long-standing behaviour patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life. I help my clients feel grounded in their bodies, working holistically with mind body and spirit to get to the root of the issues and shed light on patterns, blocks and limitations which can be removed, reframed, and eventually integrated into a healthy balanced lifestyle and relationships. Using a variety of modalities such as talk therapy, movement, meditation, and hypnotherapy, I guide my clients into accessing their higher selves and the power within to overcome barriers and obstacles in order to live a fulfilling joyful and harmonious life.
